As a McClendon Elementary parent, we hope that you will join us in volunteering. This is an enriching experience that will help many, many children. As of August 31st we had approximately 40 volunteers for a school with over 400 children. The more help we have from parents, the greater the success of the PTO, thus the better the learning experience for all of the children. Get involved, we need you!
How do I get involved?
1. Check our home page for open committees or contact Jessica O'Keeffe via the link or phone number on our home page.
2. Click on the "Background Check Form" button (required if you are going to be working with the kids), and the "Volunteer Form" button, print the forms and fill them out. Return the forms in your child's moose binder.
3. Click the "Contact Us" button and send us an email telling us where you wish to serve.
*Note* There are some special volunteer opportunities that are "one time only" opportunities. Come help for whatever time you can spare.
